Something to be said about the Travis and Van bond. I can imagine he feels a lot of trauma to be touched by any of the girls that SA’d him.
There’s probably a subconscious sense of safety in being held by Van, knowing that he will not be SA’d.
Van character dynamics I am NOT normal about:

Misty and Van - This one is just. Van despises Misty so much and for what 😭😭 i think she just finds her annoying but its so funny to me- (Seeing them work together for the game at the start actually had me cackling)

Hopefully chapter will be published by this weekend! Work has been kicking my ass. I’m at the point where I have to carefully plan all my overarching plot points which is more challenging with my non-linear timeline.
Here’s a little snippet for you in the meantime:

"Do they give you a hard time for being, y'know.." He meekly trailed off.
"A flaming homo? There's some assholes. But honestly? The Wilderness shit serves as sort of a 'Don't Fuck With Me' armor. Slim pickin's out here for finding drama-free snatch, though."
Travis scrunched his nose. "Forgot how crass you were."
