I added a new core workout after debating for a couple weeks about it. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to complete it because I have no abs and then everyone would see me fail. Not only did I do it, it's a lot easier than I remember when I did it at home (we used to have a captains chair and I tried it like once and couldn't do it)
Treadmill Intervals:
30 minutes total:
* 1 min @ 4.0 ; 30 seconds @ 8.5
* 5 minutes @ 3.5
* 5 minutes @ 3.0
Ab Routine
* Abdominal 3x10 @90
* Torso Rotation 3x10 @ 90
* Roman chair (20,15,10)x10 @ 10 trunk extension / each side
* Glute Bridge 4x15 @ 25
* Plank 60 secs
* Captains Chair: Knee raises 3x10
