I used a new medicine ball at the gym to do over the shoulder tosses. Didn’t realize it had marked me until after my second set. 🤦♀️ Thankfully it washed off very easily.

This is a new ruteen that I found to do before you shower. I have only done it once so far. I do like the idea of doing it before a shower because it gives you more of a “oh I’m going to shower, lets do this” you can do it right there.

Drop20in16 Week 1 Challenges
Water is up and down for me. Some days I easily drink 64oz, because I have water bottles that size that I fill and just put in front of me at work and sip on all day. But some days I don’t fill it early and I just forget and it falls by the wayside. Trying to focus on it more.
New foods are harder for me, I eat a lot, and things I haven’t tried are usually because they fall into a category of dislikes (like seafood). Haven’t been able to venture out too much this week. But I did use new recipes when I food prepped, so does that count?
New exercises…I have been using a trainer at the gym because I don’t want to reinjure my knee (or make it worse) so I really follow what he wants me to do. However, I did re-start cardio workouts, so it’s kind of like doing something new.
