#trich advice

I have a date tomorrow and I’m getting really self conscious of my hair bc it’s been getting really thin and I can feel the patches where it’s balding or there’s just stubby hairs 😣😣😣 might have to wear a hat on the date just so I don’t worry about it as much,,,, but what if they don’t like me after they find out about my trich? Or what if it gets to the point where it becomes more visible and obvious :(

hey all! here's a little inforgraphic i drew up on urges (mainly related to trich urges but is applicable to all bfrbs) and how to ride them out! most of the info was stuff i had gathered from my therapy sessions, and feel to add any other tips for riding the wave!

I'm sooooo behind in my AP Gov class right now, from the week of school I missed...but the problem isn't that the teacher isn't cooperative, it's that homework seems to be a huge trigger for some reason. I sit down (and I've tried several places in my house, including places I never pull) to do homework and can't think because the urges are so strong. It's horrible. 

Any advice at all?

Hey, all you trichsters out there...

Last week, I discovered this stuff called Toppik hair building fibers, which is originally meant to hide/cover up thinning or balding hair. My mom went out and bought it for yesterday, and let me say..it works amazingly. I've only used it twice, yesterday and all today, but my spots were pretty much completely unnoticeable and it stayed on the entire day.
