back when clockwork was creating lore for trud, they proposed this idea that there were several survivor groups lead by former admins
with the complete roster in mind, id like to think there are two main groups: builderman's and doombringer's
builderman's group consists of his close friends and relatives, as well as robloxians who tolerate his existence because of necessity/obligation
- builderman (their "leader")
- jane doe (his daughter, their only medic and the one who takes charge when builderman isn't around)
- telamon (one of builderman's close pals. most of the other survivors are scared shitless of him because he was a god with immense power, but the xploit's influence has weakened him significantly)
- brickbattler (only joined to repay jane's kindness. they worked closely together as she would volunteer to be a medic in brickbattling games
she saw him in the aftermath of what became of his teammates and opponents. after helping him recover, she convinced him to join the group)
- acorn and bacon (im going to scrap some of the old lore i said about them in february and just say that telamon coerced them into joining or smth lmao
maybe bacon was so overconfident that he wanted to best a god? ill rework their reasons into joining later)
- noob and guest (by this point, the two were turned away by dozens of other survivors. many robloxians still have preconceived notions about their respective races and think they wouldn't contribute anything meaningful. wanna know who did believe in them though? you guessed it — jane doe
things get really complicated with guest and builderman and telamon. the former made their entire race go extinct, the latter tolerated it.
they ran away from the group thinking the invitation was a trap. but they knew they and noob wouldn't survive on their own for much longer. so for both their sakes, they returned for good and decided to tolerate the admins (for now))
jane's kindness is quite literally carrying the foundation of this group, which is why she's their de-facto leader
the survivors are more likely to obey orders if jane's the one conveying them, so builderman's made her an intermediary
speaking of builderman, he doesn't show himself because of the guilt of his past actions. he still does do a lot of work though, just behind-the-scenes
jane makes appearances, he pulls the strings
and now, let's move onto doombringer's group
after doombringer was kicked out of roblox HQ, he founded a group to oppose builderman and new robloxia. many of the members were those who joined this rebellion, but some joined after the xploit happened
after the xploit, their focus shifted from overthrowing the admins to eradicating the virus. compared to builderman's group, their version of doing things is more headstrong
however, they are openly recruiting survivors and looking for people to rescue. they have significantly more members than builderman's faction and have a larger influence
doombringer's group is composed of:
- doombringer (the big guy himself. a little loud, comes off as a bit strong — but he means well)
- sharlynn (as someone who has too much energy to spare, she's a big fan of how doombringer carries himself. new)
- pizza dave (he went through some shit after the pizzeria closed down, causing him to lose his job. but doombringer reached out to the affected workers and offered them employment. he used to make pizza for doom's group, now he handles the food rations and is the team's morale support. old)
- slingshotter (he saw brickbattler on builderman's team and joined out of spite /j
- he joined sometime after the xploit. not sure why, he was just a fan of their vibes ig. overall, he evens things out in the group with his calmness. in general he's a very composed guy, he just can't properly process what happened to his teammates, which is why he felt the need to assign blame on someone to make sense of things
- he's very good at working with others in spite of their differences because of prior experience)
there are 50x more survivors in doombringer's group, its just that things r more centered around builderman's group — so he has most of the main cast
and finally, let me introduce the misfits
- bloxxer (bloxxer's very hyperindependent and i don't see him rendering his loyalty to anyone. maybe if it benefits him, but only for a very short while)
- tux (he's a wild card. he does whatever he wants. one moment he's in builder's group, the next he's in doom's spilling all their secrets. he doesn't like staying in one place for too long, keeps him tied down)
