ppl who compare Pip Fitz-Amobi to Avery Grambs piss me off. Pip is way more intelligent having solved MULTIPLE cases and obviously what happened in book 3 of AGGGTM, compared to Avery who solved riddles and mysteries that had no stakes at all, other than boredom and or the fortune. if we're putting Pip in the same room as anyone it would be Stevie Bell from Truly Devious or Cassie Hobbes from The Naturals. those are the only two YA protagonists who could match her intelligence.
its fall so of course my obsession with the charlotte holmes series, the naturals, the shades of london series, stalking jack the ripper, and truly devious is emerging

you either read ya mysteries and try work out the mystery or you twirl your hair around your finger while you read about the romance. im the latter.
