Trust is the main issue people have, and I know how hard is to trust someone. I face that a lot in my life, and I know many people have the same problem. Reading and having something that tells you everything will be fine or even telling you that you are the best, help you to carry on and succeed in life. What an opportunity late this afternoon. Got to meet Herschel Walker at the Defense Equal Opportunity Military Institute for a speech/discussion on health, mental health issues. Such a positive, Christian, inspiration. More great support that WE ALL can gain a purpose and find a reason to be positive. Herschel dealt with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) and gained many traits to find a way to push away negative and BE POSITIVE. Much of that is not to hide, or worry about what others think. We need to be honest as none of us are perfect. What a blessing and thankful that I was able to meet and hear the great words! He's also using MMA as a positive outlet for himself now. Loneliness is all in your head

Sometimes I feel like I need to be certain about everything going on in my life and that ends up putting others down. I don’t mean to, and it doesn’t mean I don’t trust them but… it is just a sense of security for me when I feel like the world is out to get me. I don’t know how to explain but when I see his face every time I ask him certain questions, It hurts me. it’s just a quick question.. but I understand that I shouldn’t be asking, I should already know. And I know I know the answer..but I like to hear it.. that’s all. But yesterday.. wow. I saw his face turn lonely so suddenly, it killed me. It made me feel like I shouldn’t even be with him to start. Everything just felt so horrible; I didn’t know what to say. Maybe I should stop asking, I don’t want to bother anyone because of my own problems. Although when I feel alone, it feels like no one can help me but myself so that’s when the questions start...

Trust

If you ever notice in life there is always a theme or a trend. This week I have noticed it is "Trust.". 1. Trust is not limited, it is not subjective, and it is not always on your terms. 2. If you can't trust a person there is a reason! Trust your instincts. 3. Trust in yourself before you trust in others. Please know that if and when people post on Facebook it isn't always about their relationship (unless they say it is), about their life (sometimes you just see what others don't), and/or about you (you are so vain if you think this post about you.)
