Sims 3t2 Traits - Workaholic Homework Faster

To honor the traits project, I looked at Workaholic effects for Sims 3 on Sims 3 wiki. Workaholic in Sims 3 complete homework 27.8 faster. I rounded up, but with this mod, workaholic teens and kids complete their homework faster: 8 points per loop out of 100 instead of 6 points per loop out of 100.

Maxis-Match Custom Skintone - Lighter Light

So this is officially my first mod upload ever! It's wild that for all the time I've actually played and modded TS2 I've never really created my own content until now.

Anyways!

As much as I love the maxis skins, I always felt like S1 was a little too tan for certain sims I wanted to make, so I went ahead and lightened it just a tad.

This skin is fully towniefied and geneticized, so these will appear on randomly generated townies and NPCs and will apply to baby births so long as one of the parents is S0.5.

This skin also incorporates the Adult Male Ear Fix by IntincrMars!

Big thanks to @intincrmars for all the help and assistance in getting my head around the modding tools and a huge thanks to @handonthemouse for their Skin Adjuster Program for making batch-editing skin textures a breeze!

A simple texture edit I made to the BG overhang t-shirt with jeans that adds the shoe texture I made for this outfit over the sandals ^^

I didn't change anything but the shoes, but I did make an alternate version that swaps the greenlogo swatch for that one Zelda t-shirt every guy seemed to have at some point, as that's what it reminded me of, aha. Replaces tmbodyoverhangtshirt & ambodyoverhangtshirt, but only the ones with jeans, not the ones with shorts.

TS2 CAS Screen: Dark Forest - No CC

I made a new CAS screen for myself and was quite pleased with how it turned out! I figured I might as well share it in case anybody else wants a creepy, dark forest looming in the background while you decide whether to wear your favorite red headscarf on your visit to Grandma's. Just remember: Don't stray from the path and never, ever talk to wolves!

This CAS screen is cc-free, but for it to work and look as intended you require the following:

Keep CAS Clean! by Blueybre (To stop sims from freezing and random strays from appearing.) Empty CAS Screen Objects by windkeeper (Invisible recolors of the Maxis CAS objects) wind_CASinvisibleroundpodium.package, wind_CASinvisibleobjects.package, wind_CASinvisibleobjects_familypart.package, wind_CASmirrorrecolor_wood.package (or black if you prefer the mirror to be black ofc)

Installation Instructions: Place the "CAS!" file and the required mods/objects in your My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads folder after making sure to remove/delete the files for any previous custom CAS screens you may have downloaded. Do NOT rename the CAS! file.

GUID Database Revival

I've finished setting up a way to revive the GUID database, albeit not an automatic one, it is low-key, but rather simple. Instructions are on the pinned post. [It's a Dreamwidth community, basically one webpage where people can dump their GUID info, straight from Excel or a list].

It is searchable with multi search add-ons for browser. Search for multiple entries in one go.

Avoid conflicts with originally registered GUIDs (Not foolproof; assuming GUIDs where assigned in a certain way).

Avoid conflicts with new random GUIDs (that are in the DB).

Creators are indexed - see if your favorite active creators are on there.
