Monthly Summary: Had 2 lucid dreams, one of interacting with my tulpas. My brain has automatically been narrating to my tulpas. Been consistent on my goals along with narrating for 8 hours a day towards the middle of the month. I thought I saw my tulpas a few times in my vision. Sometimes get dizzy but doing okay. As if March 1st 2026;; 210 days streak of narration everyday. 28 days of doing all day awareness, affirmations, and reality checking. 17 days of doing narration 8 hours a day. ♡2.1.2026; I don't think I mentioned this but I've been practicing MILD [Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams] for a week or so since last month. If you don't know what that is, it's a lucid dreaming technique using affirmations as you fall asleep. I know a lot about lucid dreaming and practiced and successfully lucid dreamed in the past. But my practice of it hasn't been good but I've been trying to practice all day awareness and reality checking more. So far my dreams are more vivid. I also kept a daily dream journal for a long time so no worries on that part.
I've been making good tulpamancy progress so far. I have a 183 day streak of narration.
I was in the shower and didn't want to narrate. I just said affirmations. I kept automatically trying to talk to my tulpas. Sometimes that happens randomly too especially when I do things that I normally narrate to my tulpas while doing stuff.
Recently, I've been getting random head pressures and hearing my own mind voice say random things randomly and sometimes respond back to me without me even doing it or controlling it. It's not intrusive thoughts. I've also been practicing strengthening my own mind voice to make it louder and not so abstract. Which I think is helping with my tulpas mind voices/vocality.
I think my tulpas are starting to develop their own mind voices or at least practicing how to speak inside my head. It kinda reminds me of how vocality/mind voice is explained in this guide.

♡2.6.2026; So, I've been inconsistently practicing daily affirmations, MILD technique before bed, reality checking, and affirmations inconsistently. But I now have been practicing it for 5 days in a row which is an improvement. And I had a lucid dream today which I didn't expect to happen so quickly. I've also been using my sleep phones I got in the 2nd but did skip a day of listening to my subliminals/affirmations overnight. I'm a very active sleeper so it sucks when they slightly move off of me. I also had a dream about seeing things related to my tulpas.
Nothing much happened in the lucid dream besides me noticing something off and I declared it as a dream and I told the dog why I thought so. I then woke up. It's been forever since I lucid dream too, the dream didn't feel like all real like, like the lucidity I had years ago when I practiced but it's definitely something.

♡2.7.2026; I was going through caffeine withdrawals yesterday even though I had 100 MGs of this other Liquidy IV energy drink, usually I have Alanis which has 200 mgs of caffeine (I know I should stop drinking energy drinks I started not always having them.) I wanted to drink another one of those but I couldn't because it'll be like 1,000 MGs of sodium which isn't good for you.
So anyways, I was going through withdrawals feeling tired and irritated. It sucked because I was trying to narrate, do daily affirmations, and reality checking which I did and tried to do my brain kept going blank. I did feel strong tingles on my left check as if it was real fingers touching me. I didn't fully go through the emotional withdrawal from it I think it was either my tulpas blocking those other things for me and or me already having caffeine didn't make me go fully through withdrawal.

𖹭 So, like my shifting/void state meditations I decided to try to practice for at least 5 minutes daily and work my way up to longer meditations. My own guided meditation is nice and all but 30 minutes is a struggle for me especially when I need to get up and get things done. I set the alarm to six minutes so I can get myself ready. 𖹭 So, I took deep breathes focusing on my breathing. I mostly practiced visualizing my tulpas. I also was talking to them. I still need to practice visualizing with my eyes closed I can easily visualize with my eyes opened. I was also visualizing an apple to practice. So I did a few things during the meditation. I was also telling my tulpas that they are real and vocal, among other things as well. I did many pauses while focusing on my breathing to let them speak. I think I did pretty good!

♡2.10.2026; I've been kinda waiting to mention my new methods/routines I've been doing but it's basically ravamped versions/things of things I used to do years ago that gave me success with manifesting other stuff. Basically I've been going back to lucid dreaming, all day awareness, along with daily affirmations. I made. I keep adding small new affirmations to my daily lists that I've been reading to myself multiple times a day. I'm on a 9 day steak doing those things daily. Also, I'm on a 191 day narration streak!
My productivity journal/log shows those sorts of things.
My dreams are getting noticeably longer & vivid and I am seeing my tulpas vividly in my dreams.

𖹭 I feel like my tulpas are starting to become vocal, I've been doing a new daily routine which seems to be helping with overall progress which is nice. I keep getting thoughts that aren't mine and more vivid dreams of them overall so I am getting good progress!

Seeing this is reassuring considering I've been trying to develop my own mind voice I probably just need to practice narration inside my head than whispering to myself besides just practicing with reading for a bit.
"6.3. Developing Vocality The most important thing you will need to start getting genuine responses from your tulpa is some measure of autonomy, or the ability to think and move on their own. This may or may not be accompanied by sensation for the tulpa. Feeling seems to follow thought, although strong emotions come early. See chapter 4 on personality for details on how to get started here. However, simply having a tulpa is no guarantee they will be able to talk.
To have any chance of this working, you need a mindvoice yourself. If you can't hear yourself think, go through some exercises to try to develop mind voice. Start by reading stuff as if someone is talking to you, and actually hear their voice. Then think your thoughts as if you are planning to tell someone them. Structure them in English, then actually hear what it would sound like, like a rehearsal.
Like with form, start by choosing a voice model. You can find a song you really like the voice from, or a voice actor. Listen to their work every day, and try to see your tulpa in them. You can develop and refine the voice by using it yourself in your mind. This is different from parroting, where you make your tulpa use the voice themselves."

WHEN ALL OF SUDDEN I LITERALLY HEARD A LOUD ASS MALE VOICE WHISPERING IN THE MIDDLE OF MY MIND SAY, "I'M THINKING" I'M NOT EVEN SURE IF IT SOUNDED LIKE MY TULPAS BUT IT WAS DEFINITELY A LOUD DISTINCT MALE VOICE WHIPSERING AND I WASN'T EVEN DOING A TULPA MEDITATION. ALSO I STOPPED THE MEDIATION EVEN THOUGH I WANTED TO DO 10 MINS I STOPPED AROUND 00:05:55 MINS (ANGEL NUMBERS)

♡2.16.2026; I was taking a break from narration since I usually do that at night before bed and I felt their presence strongly. Also my brain keeps having a habit of automatically trying to narrate which ain't a problem but I'd like to take breaks once and while to give my brain some rest.

♡2.18.2026; I had another small lucid dream I saw two of my tulpas. I talked to them and left. I was just walking around until I realized when I was in a store I was dreaming. I immediately went to go find two of my tulpas since I wanted to talk to my tulpas through my dreams so I went to grab the two of them and I mentioned how it's a dream or something like that and they were surprised. I then was half asleep visualizing the rest of the dream unrelated to them.
I think they were surprised that I was aware that they were tulpas inside my dream since they both gave me surprised looks
Also within the dream I choose those two since I thought it'll be easier for me to visualize then bringing the other ones within my dreams. Lol even my dream self is aware of that which I'm surprised anyways. It's much easier to visualize them since my brain already saw them within my dream than IRL visualization. Also, yesterday I had the intentions of using lucid dreaming to talk to my tulpas as forcing.

This kinda reminds me of my experiences with narration.
Oh my gosh! I kept eyeing these Korumi water bottles cups and my mom is like I have enough cups but my lil sis and mom got these blind box and they had three different Korumi bottles because I like water bottles and Kirumi is my favorite!
So basically my mom & sis gave me these lol I just washed one to use one for my coffee!
I think I dreamt of my tulpas.

𖹭 I decided to meditate a bit using white noise. I mostly was just taking deep breaths and talking to my tulpas while visualizing them.

It's hard to explain but I think I'm making way more progress when it comes to my practice. It probably helps that I'm on a 12 day 8 hour narration streak. 205 day streak on narration overall. I can probably see some people being like take it slow and others will be that's good. I actually find it easy to narrate for 8 hours probably due to how I've been already consistently Tulpa narrating everyday for months now. It's sorta now like something I do that's normal to the point in my sleep I'm half awake narrating and when I take breaks [which I do take a break especially in the middle of narration] it's hard to stop since I automatically start talking to them.
I do notice a lot of changes when it comes to my mind.
It's like doing these 8 hours kinda makes more results that I experienced in the past such as my tulpas having more distinct personalities in my mind & presence overall. I do deal with personality blending in the past but it's definitely stronger. I think I'm getting more vocality signs as well.
It probably helps a lot that I do daily affirmations from a list I made, subliminals I made that I still use, & practicing lucid dreaming.
