WARM UP: 10 minutes on elliptical

Medicine Ball Throws x1 min
Ball Slams x1 min
Jumping Jacks x1 min

Tire Flips w/ Burpees (Burpee after every flip) up the turf
10 Box Jumps
Tire Flips w/ Burpees back down the turf
10 Box Jumps
1 MINUTE REST
2 SETS
Dumbbell Pulls x2
Monkey Bars
1 MINUTE REST
2 SETS
Weight plate pinch carries x2 (alternating hands)
Negative Chinups
Russian Twists x1 min
Bicycles x1 min
