alot of my mutuals are edblr so pls if ur seeing bullshit saying 1k + cals will make you fat its a lie i was eating 1200-1800 most days from hitting low weights. i dont often say numbers but this feels important okay i was maintaining a low weight with this intake . non disordered people typically eat 1600+ ok. and also people freshly in recovery it is normal to experience severe hunger. when i started recovering in 2024 i ate 2000-4000 a day and i ended up losing weight because your body is fuckeedddd for a long while . please up your intake please it makes life more maneagable for the time you cant recover. if youre at less than 800 on average a day and youre "randomly" losing friends/concentration/being more depressed etc its because of that. i lov u
