I think the circus freak should end with the continuing of a cycle. I think Pierrot should be so overcome with the want of having you with him, to the point of taking extreme action because simply romance isn't enough to describe that all encompassing want he should feel.
" I don't just love you. " He whispers, voice cracking at the edges as he presses closer, closer, the ghost of his teeth against the surface of your skin. " I want everything about you, my master. I want to never part- can.. Can I? Please? "
I want ugly sobbing as he wretches his teeth past muscle. I want to either force himaway or look at him so tenderly and lovingly as the destructive nature of Pierrot reaches his peak and he's left with the bloody impression of you against the floor. Full, but never satisfied. I think he deserves to be trapped in a cycle of violence of his own making maybe.
It maybe started with Columbina, but it never ended with them. Because that event obscured an already impressionable view of love and affection. Tearing new wounds into other, all in that desperation to reclaim something that is gone, never really moving on.
