I hope this isn’t a weird thing to ask but what’s your workout routine? You’ve talked about it a couple times very briefly but I’m looking to start working out again sometime soon and need some motivation with coming up with a routine!
hello!!! this isn’t a weird thing to ask at all! <3 i just wish i had a better answer for u hahaha because i just run!!! i’m a runner; running is what i enjoy doing most and i’ve been running 6 days a week since i was about 16!! up until a few years ago i was doing yoga 4-5 times a week as well, but i stopped thanks to school picking up. but i wanna start doing that again, too!!!
truthfully, i really should be incorporating some weight/strength training into my routine, because i know it’s good for you and i know it’ll only make me a better runner, but i fucking HATE weight/strength training with every fiber of my being, so yoga will have to do in place of that. i am a firm believer in finding workout activities that you personally and genuinely ENJOY and doing those. for example, if you don’t like running, then don’t run! find a type of cardio that you *do* enjoy and do that instead; you’ll find it so much easier to do and you will hopefully even look forward to it!! same with strength training and any other type of workout <3 you will most likely feel better + happier when you’re doing workouts you actually like!! ♡(˃͈ દ ˂͈ ༶ )
