Oh my, this is very late.
Let's analyze this! Looking at canon pictures from the internet from all angles, George Harrison has the bigger trunk to back it up.. Which is not saying a lot since he didn't have much to work with. That would be if we only considering measurements in our world. In Captain's world.. That little bump is likely the size of a perky watermelon /hj. However, it's not the size that matters, but how they throw it back.
George Harrison has experience with doing little jigs on stage, but typically consisted of just little knee bounces and shifting from leg to leg. In a way.. He is shaking it. This is not a shake off though.. It is a twerk off.
Captain has years of military experience and I have no doubt he is use to bending for men. He has experience.. Giving him the advantage of being able to twerk it more efficiently.
If Bob Dylan were watching however.. I'm sure George would gain incredible twerk off abilities. This is not the case though.
