Send writers asks about what inspired them to write this fic, and/or you things writers want/hope people notice in their fics. Some of these have been sitting around for longer than I’d like to admit, but other ideas kept popping into my head. Also, a lot of my titles are just a character and a vague few words on the premise since titles are SOOOOOOO hard for me, it’s like the last thing I do before I finish/post the fic.
I have so many WIPs that I cannot list them all here, but you all are free to ask about those too. Of course they’d be more vague questions, but I love to answer questions about my fics.
Mi Hermosa Flor: An x Reader pollen one-shot for our favorite one legged gladiator, Kyros. This man is so sweet and Rebecca and Viola are trying desperately to get you and Kyros on a date. You agree to a casual outing to help him handle some maintenance on Greenbit for the Tontatta’s and things don’t go as planned.
Untitled Ennius/Thatch Mafia AU: Ennius is my OC that I love so much. This is a modern Mafia AU where Whitebeard is a crime family boss (but their crime is not what the other families think it is). Thatch owns a diner while Ennius is the Heart Seat holder for the Donquixote Family. Ennius is tasked to infiltrate the Edward Family and being to take them out from the inside. Ennius’ life has been filled with one tragedy after the next and doesn’t know what to do when he’s met with the kindness of Thatch and the fluttering of his heart when the sweet chef is near.
In the Heart of the Flames v.2: A re-write (and hopefully completion) of my current In the Heart of the Flames. I am converting the reader MC into an OC. When I wrote it, I gave the reader too many things that pretty much made her an OC instead, so I and re-working it and adding a few tweaks. Jinger meets the Kid Pirates on her island that has a long log pose reset and they end up saving her and her family from her crappy ex. She joins the crew and gets to experience life for the first time after not being able to live her own life for 20+years. She starts with a romance with Heat, but quickly becomes a relationship with all the commanders and some of the other crew. Mostly takes place before the Kid Pirates get to Sabaody.
Unnamed Isseki Fic: This will be like an anthology, same premise but different worlds and blorbos. You get isseki’d into a fandom world you are familiar with, however what you don’t know is that your life has been written as a slice of life manga/story in their world and they are as much a fan of you as you are of them.
Sanji-Post Canon AU: It’s 5-10 years after Luffy becomes King of the Pirates and the world is reshaped; both physically and through it’s leadership. The Strawhats and their allies were pardoned, they split the actual treasure from the final island and they are all allowed to live their lives (so long as they don’t become criminals again). Their names are not mentioned anywhere, only that a brave group of strong people saved the world from “demons”. Sanji meats Ivy as he is scoping out places to open a restaurant and falls for the plump bartender with an artistic streak.
Tagging (I’m sure some of these folks already got tagged so I’m sorry if I tag you again). If I didn’t tag you, I am also sorry and you can still play along, EVERYONE IS WELCOME! I Love to hear about everyone’s wips. Just tag me either in your post, reblog, or comments so I can see what you are working on too! - @leftsidebonfire, @isabeauwolf, @inzendino, @jintaka-hane, @kyros-tha-soldier, @fanaticsnail, @thirstydiglett, @thecrimsonacademic, @boobitchcraftt
So…care to tell me about your OC? I forgot their name, but I’m interested to learn about them and their lore (if they have some).
Yes!!! I'd love to talk about Ennius. I do have 4 other fleshed out OC's and a few more floating about in my brain.
There is Ennius, Melody (Mel), Jinger, Chogengo (Cho), and Isis. All of them have a canon partner (or partners in Jinger's case, though Ennius is also poly, but he only has one canon partner right now). Ennius, Mel, Jinger, and Cho all have AU's with my friends OC's too! Funnily enough I actually enjoy their OC match ups better than their canon ones, though they are all amazing.
I'll talk about Ennius here, since his lore is the most in-depth one I have. The others have quite deep lore too, but not like him. This is my rendition of him using the Baldur's Gate 3 Character builder. MY PFP is a piece done my Attytrocious here on Tumblr. The only difference is that the scar on his face is on the left side, but the character builder wouldn't let me do it on the left side.
CW/TW on Ennius' backstory: Murder, brainwashing, domestic violence, child abuse, slavery. These are all mentioned but not written in detail, just wanted to put the TQ just in case.
Buckle in for this poor man's very tragic story.
He was born around the time of Nolan the Liar (didn't know him, just from that time period).
He had a older sister and brother and loving parents. They were fairly poor, just barely able to sustain a small farm to feed themselves.
His father died when he was a child to an illness they were too poor to get medicine for.
His mother remarried, mainly to be able to have someone to tend to the fields as she couldn't do it all herself and continue to bring in the tiny bit of income she could.
Her new husband was a bastard and was abusive. He ended up selling Ennius' sister to an auction house where she was eventually bought by a Celestial Dragon. His brother was sold into the Marines as a soldier. He then sold Ennius to Cipher Pol.
Ennius had a knack for learning things unusually quickly, usually only after one showing. That was what Cipher Pol wanted him for, to train him to be the best spy. He could adapt quickly, learn languages, dialects, combat skills, and any other skills that would help him blend into his environment as a spy.
He was brainwashed and lied to about being able to see his mother and siblings again.
Once he mastered the skills to be a spy (at the age of 16), he was given a devil fruit that would aid him in his duties; both for combat and for interrogation. The Pain-Pain Fruit. It manipulates they way a bodies nerves work increasing or decreasing pain and eventually pleasure.
By the age of 22 he had mastered the pain side of his DF (not realizing there was a pleasure side yet). He then became the personal spy and assassin for the 5 Elders and Imu. He was a perfect tool for them.
A few years later he was injured badly and was unable to contact HQ to get an extraction. A woman found him and nursed him back to health. A day or two after being found he was able to check in and lied to the Elders for the first time since he was 6. He said he was getting himself healed up and would make it back to HQ when he was physically able.
That time away from them allowed some of the brainwashing to diminish and he began to feel things again.
He fell in love with the woman over time (he was there a month to heal up, but would return on his sabbaticals to visit her). He also found a way to avoid further brainwashing, but used his expert lying skills to fall back into his "old self".
He was eventually married in secret and they had 2 kids.
After his second kids was born, the 5 Elders decided they wanted their beloved assassin for all time. They had the perpetual life surgery done on him (he wasn't fully aware that he would be immortal or that someone would die to make him so). The Elders also didn't want his DF falling back into circulation since it was one of the few devil fruits that could be harmful to them. It wouldn't kill them, but they could be made to be in such excruciating pain that they would not be able to defend themselves.
A few months after the procedure, Ennius was asked to do something that he refused to do, the first time ever. He was sent on the mission but was instructed to come up with a different solution then. When he returned his family was dead and he knew who ordered it.
Distraught, he went to the Elders and Imu and used his power on them, the effects lasting one hour. He told them that he was done and to leave him be. If they sent anyone after them, he'd use his abyss portal to come here and finish the job. Realizing that they made the perfect assassin that could kill them, they agreed. The Marines and CP are forbidden to ever put a bounty on Ennius' head.
He knew the importance of the Op-OP fruit, so he took the newest user with him and fled. He's taken it upon himself to keep the Op-OP fruit from reaching anyone else's hands.
He's lived for over 400 years and has had some really dark times, but now in the current timeline (and for quite some time before) he enjoys life. He loves to help people and is kind of a travelling jack-of-all-trades.
He has deep shame and guilt for the horrible things he'd done as a CP agent and has spent the last 400 years trying to make up for it. (No matter how much he does he is still ridden with guilt over it).
Current timeline, he was how the Barrels' Pirates got the Op-Op fruit. He was ambushed and knocked out. They found the fruit on him and took it. By the time he awoke, the events with Cora and Law already happened.
He eventually spent time with all the big pirate crews, thus getting to know Whitebeard (back when he was on Rock's crew) and again after Oden joined Whitebeard's crew. They went separate ways and met back up in the present.
He met Thatch on board and the two fell for each other, hard. Ennius' story with Thatch is an AU where Thatch lives. There could be one that follows the canon story, but Blackbeard would have been dead before he left the ship, lol.
Now-a-days, Ennius is cheerful and charming. He loves to see his friends happy and is sometimes a people pleaser, not wanting to have conflict. He's also a horny bastard and due to his regeneration from his immortality he has stamina for days.
He eventual goal is to find Joyboy's inheritor and help them take down the Elders and Imu. Although he could have done it a long time ago, there was no one to fill the void that their absence would make and someone just as bad or worse could take their place. He wants to make sure the world is in the right spot to fill that void properly.
With all the "waves" Luffy has been making, he knows he's found the right time and when the end game happens, he will be right there helping to take down the Elders and Imu. Once that is done, he will either find a way to reverse his immortality or find someone he trusts to behead him (my HC as the only way to actually kill someone who's had the perpetual life surgery done on them) and he could be laid to rest with Thatch (this would be done after Thatch passes of old age).
I know that was A LOT, but I thought about his story for years now. I just love him so much.
I'm doing a holiday adjacent series that will encompass multiple fandoms and characters (including OC's of both some friends and my own). These are Character x Reader and will mostly be SFW, but I will appropriately tag any NSFW content. I hope you enjoy!

I just love her grumpy purple fishman so much!

The Revolutionary Army wasn't always up for throwing parties, but when they did, it was quite the experience. Since there were so many people from all over the world, the winter holidays varied from island to island and sometimes even town to town on a single island.
The RA just kinda of lumped it into a general winter holiday celebration and just gathered with good food, good booze, great people, and some added touches of their origin islands traditions.
You had been with the RA for a few years now and had been to quite a few of their various celebrations. This year was different than the others, you had a partner this this time. As far as you were aware, no one knew, as the two of you were keeping it rather private for now. Neither of you could leave the RA, so you both had decided to not make it public until you both were sure the relationship would last.
You had arrived separately and made sure to not be too clingy towards each other around the others. Dinner was excellent, Iva made some rather remarkable dishes, and now everyone was mingling.

You tried to catch yourself from eyeing Cove the entire evening, but found it quite difficult. You just couldn't help but be enamored with the tall, purple, fishman. You got to see a side to him that no one else ever got to see and you knew you were head over heels for him. You had caught him out of the corner of your eye a few times glancing a little too longingly at you and caused you to quietly giggle at the blush that dusted his handsome cheeks.
You made the rounds a few times and the night had gotten a little more rowdy as the liquor was passed around more often. You'd been nursing the same glass of wine for an hour now, trying to keep your wits about you and noticed Cove was doing the same. Someone had to be the grown up and keep an eye on all your lovable misfits.
After a while, you figured that you and Cove had strategically avoided each other all night long enough and it was safe to converse with each other without hinting to anyone else of your relationship.
You found him leaned against a doorway, observing the room.
"You seem to be enjoying yourself, Cove," you began as you took a sip of your wine.
"It is a time for revelry and with this group I find it difficult to not have an enjoyable time. And you look like you are having a good time as well," he replied as he looked down at you. He couldn't hide the smile on his face as he did so. He was a man smitten and for a spy he really should learn to hide it better.
"I am. It's been a rough year and it's nice to be able to spend it with the people I care about…the people I love." You're heart skipped a beat as you said the last part while you looked into his beautiful pink hued eyes. You'd been feeling it for while and it seemed to have slipped out, but it sounded quite nice when you aimed it at him.
Cove's cheeks darkened in a blush and his long fingers fiddled with the stem of his wine glass.
"Yes, everyone here means a great deal to me as well," his eyes seemed to search yours before he spoke again, "some much more than I could express with words." The air seemed to get heavier in the small space between you. Cove took up much of the doorway due to his height, but you never felt suffocated by the size difference.
"Heh, yeah. Sometimes words can't convey the right emotion behind how you feel," you replied as you actively tried not to touch him in a way that would alert the others to your relationship.
You both sipped your wine and you knew that you were feeling a happy buzz by now. Still able to react and have the wherewithal to jump into action if needed. He glanced into the main room where Lindburg was hovering about and yelling about his newest invention, while Betty had her arm around Koala and was pointing to Sabo who was headed your way. Koala's cheeks blushed and Betty burst out laughing.
"You know, Cove, you've been standing there for a while. If you wanted us all to come give you a kiss, all you needed to do was ask!" Sabo hollered with slurred words, well into his umpteenth glass of wine.
Cove knit his eyebrows together in complete confusion and cocked his head. "Sabo, my boy, I don't quite get your joke. When have I let on that I would want a kiss from all of those in the room?" His tone was a bit short with annoyance.
Sabo laughed and pointed to the top of the doorway and then nudged the fishman with his shoulder and wiggled his eyebrows. The blond then nodded to you and gave Cove a smirk. "Maybe just one person then?"
Both yours and Cove's cheeks blushed at Sabo's words and then you glanced up to where he pointed. Originally, you had assumed Sabo was too drunk and intended to point at Cove's face instead of the top of the doorway, but your eyes widened as you noticed the festive little bundle of green leaves and red berries tied to the top of the doorway.
"Oh…" you let out with a breath.
Cove followed your eyes and imitated yours as he noticed the mistletoe, then he looked back down to you. His eyes softened and he again searched your face for vehement rejection of the symbol you both stood under.
You saw Sabo back away with what you swore was a cheeky smile and the shimmer of heat roll off his body. The bastard intentionally came over then burned off the alcohol in his system with his devil fruit.
"Cove, we don't have to do anything. I…" you began quietly before he cupped the side of your face in his large webbed hand.
"I know, but we are here with all the people we care about. Tonight has been a test of my willpower and while I have succeeded until now in restraining my need to touch you, I don't wish to do that again. You've warmed this old man's heart and have given me hope that finding a partner is not lost for me." His voice was quiet and soft, only for you. His thumb traced the apple of your cheek that had you lean into his touch even more.
You placed your hand over his and let your fingers rest in the webbing that lined the space between each of his fingers. Your thumb rubbed soft circles into his knuckle as you closed your eyes briefly and took a deep breath before you opened them again.
"I've been waiting all night to go home and just lay with my head in your lap. I've seen all your sides, and you've seen mine. I don't want anyone else, ever."You beamed at him and before you could say another word his lips were on yours. You felt hands gently pry the wine glass from your hand, and you presumed Cove's as well since his other arm wrapped around you and lifted you up to his height.
The two of you had shared quite a few kisses previously, when it was just the two of you. This one was different in more than it being the first one in front of people. You could feel the love he felt for you, fully conveyed in his lips. They showed the his need of wanting to touch you by almost always being in contact with yours. He only pulled away a few times for a fraction of a second each to gain a better position. His kisses were gentle but deep.
Your arms instinctively moved to wrap around his neck and you were thankful you had decided to wear pants as you pulled your legs around his torso. Your mind blocked out the fact you were in a room full of people and deepened the kiss.
Cove on the other hand was still aware of your surroundings and pulled away from the kiss to whisper in your ear opposite the room full of people.
"As much as I am thoroughly enjoying this, I'm not sure how much longer I will be able to contain myself and I would prefer to not show a room full of our friends how much I am enjoying this."
"Oh…I…uh…sorry, I got a little carried away," you quietly apologized and kissed the tip of his nose.
As he gently placed you back on your feet, the room burst out in claps, cheers, whistles, and Iva's "Heehaw!" The both of you blushed again and laughed at the attention the two of you got.
"Perhaps we could go back to my home and finish that kiss?" Cove asked quietly after he leaned down and kissed the top of your head.
"I would love that, almost as much as I love you, Cove," you replied just as quietly.
"I love you too, my darling," he said with as smile as he ushered you out of the room towards the front door.
for @fanaticsnail and her beautiful OC Cove. I wanted to give her pretty fishman a girlfriend so I paired him with my OC Chogenbo (Cho). I kinda got possessed by the two of them and knocked this out mostly last night. There will be a chapter fic eventually but I had to crank out this one-shot.
Thank you Snail for letting me write for Cove, I just love him soooooo much and he is just such a beautiful soul, even if he is a little grumpy. I can't wait to see where else these two crazy kids bring my brain.
Cove x Cho (OC x OC)
TW: fluff, size difference (in n SFW way)
Word Count: 2400+
AO3
Cove relaxed on his couch in front of a warm fire, reading one of his favorite books, while Cho laid her head in his lap as she read hers. It was one of their favorite past times, reading together while simply enjoying each others company. They weren't officially in a relationship, at least not that they admitted to each other. Anyone else around them treated them as they were an old married couple. Even this simple pose they sat in now, was not usually associated with people who were just friends.
This was a common scene for them, multiple nights a week. Cho would have a sitter for her girls, usually Tashigi or Smoker's mom, Enid. They quietly read their books, sipped the wine Cho brought, chit chatted here and there, but all in all find peace in the quiet. He would occasionally stroke her hair which seemed to be soothing to the both of them. Sometimes, like this night, she would be overworked and would fall asleep there in his lap.
Those were the times he found himself putting his book down gently and just watched her sleep in his lap. Her long hair down, almost covering her like a blanket. The size difference between the two was around two and a half feet, but never once since they met did she cower away from his height. She never treated him as anything different than a living being on the same world as her. Not a fishman, not a lesser being, not different. The kindness she held for the world at large, and her unrelenting desire to protect the defenseless are two of the major reasons he fell in love with her. He knew he needed to tell her soon, but he was nervous about loosing this. This moment of peace, of them enjoying the simple part of their relationship.
Because the complicated part was that she was a Marine Commodore, and he was a spy for the Revolutionary Army. He had been convincing her to avoid certain command posts and to have a different officer oversee specific ships that went out for longer patrols for about two months now. He knew she was getting frustrated with his pleas for her to stay safe. She was self-taught for many of her fighting styles and while she held the biggest heart he had ever known, she could defend herself and her people expertly. He was running out of excuses to force her to stay out of danger. Stay out of the way of Revolutionary Army raids on Marine vessels.
He felt her stir in his lap while he was lost in thought and moved his hand so she could sit up.
She let out a big yawn and a full body stretch as she sat up, "Sorry I fell asleep. It's been a long week. We're sailing out to Stone Song Island tomorrow morning and Smoker's been running me ragged with preparations." She grabbed her wine glass and took a sip before finding where she left off in her book and marking the page with the beautifully carved wooden bookmark Cove had given her.
"Stone Song Island?" he asked. He knew that island. The RA was planning to ambush the next Marine convoy that landed there. He needed to get her to stay here, this would be the last time. He would tell her tomorrow, he couldn't now. He wanted to savor this one last peaceful, quiet, intimate moment with her in case things went south when he told her tomorrow he was with the Revolutionary Army.
"Yeah, we're investigating some suspicious movements that were reported. It's only a few hours away and I should be back later tomorrow, most likely in the evening. Enid is going to have the girls, but she said she'd probably bring them to the library for a few hours. They love it when you tell them stories and give them little treats. You spoil them just as much as Enid does." Her sleepy smile brought a smile to his own face. How he wished she'd look at him like that all the time.
"They are welcome anytime. I was hoping…you'd join me for lunch in the park tomorrow. I wanted to…discuss a few things with you. Can you get Tashigi or another Officer to take your place?" He was trying hard to not convey how desperately he didn't want her to go tomorrow.
"I'd love to join you for lunch, but I have to go. Smoker is actually going to write me up this time if I don't go. Can we do lunch the following day?" she asked. She noticed something was off with him. Her observation was her specialty and she admittedly let that skill lapse around him plenty of times.
She quickly grew fond of the grump when they first met. She knew he wasn't the curmudgeon he let on to be. He adored children, especially hers; he was always so gentle with them and with her. She could sit for hours listening to him talk about the different types of plants in the sea, the different types of fishfolk, and minks, and all kinds of obscure topics. She was drawn to the passion that flowed out of him as he talked. His voice soothed her, she seemed to instantly relax when he spoke to her.
She grew quite smitten with him rather quickly and was delighted when he joined her and the girls for dinner once week or so. She spent most of her free time with him, usually after the girls went to bed. He was just so comfortable to be with.
"Please, don't go tomorrow. I…I don't want anything to happen to you out there. I l…you're my one friend here. I couldn't bear it if you were hurt," he was trying desperately, and failing to hide his begging.
Cho sensed the fear in his voice, it was deep. He truly thought something bad would happen to her tomorrow. She cupped his cheek, just below the small slits of his gills.
"I'll be alright Cove. I'm strong. I spar with Smoker daily and beat him most of the time. I'm technically at the level of a Vice-Admiral, but haven't ranked up yet. I'll make sure to come by when I'm back to let you know I'm alright. Now, I need to go get the girls from Enid's," she said, trying to reassure him. She gave him a smile, a kiss on the forehead, then stepped away to put her shoes on.
Cove reacted without thinking as she turned away. He grabbed her arm and pulled her fully into his lap and his lips collided with hers in a desperate need to keep her with him. One hand held her head in a gentle caress, while the other held her lightly in place. Even unconsciously he was gentle with her, even though his desire for her was lighting him on fire.
Cho let out a surprised squeak as he pulled her to him. She was caught off guard by the intensity of his kiss. A kiss she had longed to feel for months now, but didn't want to scare him away. She savored the feel of his soft lips pressed to hers and matched with equal fervor. Her right hand held onto the bicep of the arm that held her head, while her other hand rested gently on his slightly exposed chest since his robes were sightly disheveled from the sudden movement. Though before long their hands were moving and exploring the less intimate parts of each others bodies.
Cove was surprised by his own action, but even more so by her not immediately pulling away, but leaning into the kiss. He needed her to know how much he craved her by his side, how much she meant to him, so he told her with the kiss. He was always so calm, so put together, but this kiss was the opposite. He didn't have experience with them, so he hoped he was doing it right, though he read enough smut to get the general idea.
Cho's lips parted just enough to tease her tongue along his hungry lips. He let her show him a kiss that always confused him in the books he read. He didn't fully comprehend how it would be pleasurable, but quickly understood. He didn't know why it felt good, just that it did. She adjusted herself to sit up in his lap and wrapped her arms around his neck and his held her smaller body against him, never wanting to let her go.
Both of their chests were heaving, trying to catch their breaths in between the short periods where their chins moved. Cove's heart was beating so fast that the thought of him dying of a heart attack like this would be the perfect end to his life, but he was greedy for once in his life and needed her and had to be by her side.
He was shocked by the small whined moan that came from Cho. He stilled, it was one of the prettiest sounds he'd ever heard. She was actually enjoying this, enjoying him. He willed himself to pull away, just barely to speak.
"Cho…my butterfly…I love you," he quietly confessed. He had never called her his butterfly out loud, only in his thoughts of her. It was the meaning of her shortened name, and she really was his beautiful butterfly. For the first time, his cheeks didn't blush. He wasn't embarrassed by his feelings or the confession.
"Cove, my beautiful giant, I love you too," she returned the confession with out a beat. She was almost interrupting his words with her own. Secrets they couldn't contain any longer.
He leaned in and gave her a series of light, gentle kisses to make sure he wasn't dreaming. Then he took the deepest breath of his life, he couldn't wait, he had to do it right now.
"I have another confession to make," he said as he slowly pulled his lips from hers. He wanted to savor their closeness, that kiss, for as long as possible before she most likely turned to hating him.
Cho's body was buzzing with her desire for him and the confessions of love, but when she saw the sadness in his gorgeous pink tinted eyes her face scrunched in concern. She didn't like him looking like this. She had never seen him sad and it absolutely shattered her heart. She wished she'd never see it again.
Her hands held his face while her thumbs gently stroked his cheeks below the gills there. Making sure he knew she cared for him, easing him into this sad thing he was about to say.
His eyes closed for a moment, memorizing her touch, the way her body felt in his hands, her scent. When he opened them he expelled the second confession from his lips.
"I'm a spy for the Revolutionary Army," he said quickly in one breath.
She gave him a soft kiss on the lips, which caused him to jerk in surprise. She gave him the brightest of smiles. It was like the sun peaking through the clouds after a tumultuous storm.
"I know," was all she said, with a little smirk.
"What? I…how…why didn't you turn me in?"
"After the third time you convinced me to stay home, was when I cemented my deduction. As for why I didn't turn you in?" She gave him a gentle kiss before speaking again. "Two reasons, I'm madly in love with you. And I don't disagree with your goals. I can't accomplish what I want in the current regime. It doesn't allow for Compassionate Justice within the Marines, no matter how much I want it to."
"Cho…I…I'm sorry for keeping it from you for so long. I just couldn't bring myself to possibly end what we have," his eyes lined with unshed tears. He didn't believe this was real. Maybe his heart did give out in that kiss and he was in the afterlife.
"You had valid reasons not to tell me and I don't blame you for being nervous about our relationship ending. But know that I love you and the girls love you," she gave a soft chuckle as she spoke. Her eyes were filled with pure adoration of the man in front of her, "they've actually wanted us to be official for the longest time…they wanted to know when they could start calling you Dada."
The last sentence was what caused the tears to finally breach his eyes and flood down his cheeks, "Seas, I would be honored to have them call me Dada. You don't understand how much that means to me." The smile he had was the brightest she'd ever seen on him; It was infectious. He peppered her lips and face with sweet kisses. Cho giggled at his affections, it was quite adorable.
"The girls are all packed up, along with my things. Enid was going to bring them by tomorrow and hand you a letter, telling you to take the girls and leave to the RA. I was going to give myself up to protect my men tomorrow. Enid would then give Smoker a letter telling him to not come after me. The girls are safe, I am safe, and I am where I can do the most good. He knows the corruption runs deep, but he feels stuck. I know he won't come looking for me."
"You…planned all that?"
"Yes, and we can still follow through. Everything is set. By tomorrow night I'll be sailing back to the RA base and will get to spend as much time with you as possible," she said with a kiss to the tip of his nose.
The look he gave her was one of amazement and disbelief, "I don't know what to say. I…I don't deserve you."
"You deserve all of me. Cove, you are wonderful. I will live my whole life showing you how deserving you are of love," she gave him another soft kiss to his lips.
"I love you so much," he hummed as he kissed her with the same passion he originally did.
"I love you too Cove," she replied and returned the kiss with just as much passion. "I may have fibbed a bit earlier…Enid agreed to watch the girls until the morning. We have the rest of the night to do whatever you want."
He smiled at her, "I want to kiss you until our lips are swollen, and then hold you while we sleep."
You go, tzi!!! Make that 9'9"man lose his shit with the pollen!!!
Jin! Oh, you know I will! The Paulie one will have nothing on this one. That poor, sweet man will be whimpering and begging, then ravenous. He's gonna be a hot mess (literally), then give reader the absolute best aftercare.
My brain is kicking on this one!
Last series: Currently watching Golden Kamuy and I love it. It’s just the right mount of absurd, silly, and serious for my tastes.
Last video game: Out and About (It’s in early access on Steam and its super cute. It uses real world herbalism knowledge and skills!!)
Sweet or salty: Both, it really depends on my mood.
Coffee or tea: Also both. I have a cup of coffee in the morning and tea the rest of the day. Though I guess tea would outweigh the coffee since I have at least 30 boxes of tea along with a bunch of loose herbs I use to make homemade blends).
Working on: Ooof, I have A lot of WIPs. I’m working on two valentines day one shots (I know we’re past Valentines Day, leave me alone, LOL) right now, but so many other WIPs.
No pressure tags: @fanaticsnail, @leftsidebonfire, @thirstydiglett, @isabeauwolf, @multifandomthoughts
I am going to write a Kyros pollen one shot and I need a little help with who gets pollened.

@jintaka-hane and @kyros-tha-soldier I know you two will have an invested opinion on the matter. (Don't worry I have other Kyros fics planned, just need a little outside help on this one).
I don’t usually post opinions on here, I reblog some that I agree with and can’t put into better words than the original writer, but this one I need to say.
If you are a gatekeeper of any fandom (or any space really) you are a bully and fuck you. If you follow me, you can go ahead and unfollow and even block me. How dare you treat new people to fandom (any people actually) like they are trash for not knowing as much as you about the fandom THEY ARE JUST JOINING.
For fandoms that have multiple types of media around it, how dare you look down at someone who has started their journey using a different media than you did (or the one you prefer now). You are alienating entire groups of people just because of a difference of preferred media and that is immature, classist, and ableist. Not everyone has the same means, access, or ability to experience the media you do.
How dare you stifle their creativity within that fandom (or at all). That could be something that saves their life (like it did mine). Especially in this time where governments around the world are trying to make certain types of creative expression illegal; people should have the freedom to create fictional content (whether through writing, drawing, making physical objects, etc.).
You, gatekeeper, are allowed to dislike certain types of media within your fandom(s). You’re even allowed to dislike certain creators, types of art, tropes within the fandom, ships, etc. but you don’t get to dictate to others and control the way they interact with the fandom.
You should be happy that more people get to enjoy the same fandom you do and if you think it’s only for certain types of people, well I want nothing to do with you. I truly hope that people’s first experience in a new fandom is NOT you, unfortunately I’m positive that for some you were. Creative spaces are meant to bring people together, not give you a pool of people you can fucking bully and shame.
For anyone who was part of a fandom and felt like they were in a toxic space or that members of that community were being hostile/mean to you. I am so sorry that you had that experience. There will unfortunately be toxic spaces within any fandom, but there are also really wonder spaces of compassionate and accepting people. If you had a bad experience and want to try again, I urge you to try to each out to others within the fandom that maybe you didn’t interact with. Don’t be afraid to unfollow or block people you don’t vibe with.
As a final note, I posted something on my personal social media the other day:
The world needs more people like Mr. Rogers and less bullies. Choose to be as much like Mr. Rogers as you can.
For those outside of the US, or folks who didn’t grow up on Mr. Roger’s Neighborhood, I highly encourage you to look up episodes. He was one of the greats of this world and is sorely needed in this current timeline.
