Such an awesome weekend at @uamtnrunning #coppermountain @coppermtn 😍. I registered for the 50k ( 2 loops) longest distance. What was I thinking? Lol. As you can see I loved making it to the summit 😍. But the 12,000 elevation climb got to me. I only got 1 loop in and ended up with some Altitude sickness, but still managed to have an awesome time, thanks to my BibRave family. We had some quality time together. The race was epic! Fabulous support and views. Packed my Mango Energy Gel today! I’m not usually a gel person ( only as last resort). I prefer real food and the taste can be awful. BUT I Love Mangos, so was excited about this flavor. After teaching my class at the gym, I took my break at the rail trail for some outdoor fun. The mango gel is so yummy, it’s lighter texture than others, not as sticky. Omg.
