Hey budoblr! I've been in a slump lately since my shoulders have been bothering me to the point where i couldn't even pick up chairs at work, let alone train during the last few weeks... but i'm back now so here's an awkward photo of me and the lovely Fumiko-san, who came from Okinawa with her Sensei to train with us last month. My dojo hosted an incredible 4 day mini-camp, with visitors from several uechi schools in the northeast and it was pretty intense training. My karate (and my Japanese) improved so much i am so lucky to have been a part of this experience. Now if only i could find gi pants that fit haha
