There's just over a week left of Pride month and sadly I've still not been covered in possessive marks by a pretty girl.

I have finally worked up the courage to book an nhs appointment to discuss hrt (aka my gp not doing anything but putting me on a multi year wait list). Does anyone know if there’s anything particular to say, if there’s a way to get a prescription for progesterone while on the wait list or any other advice.

Ideally not private options as I’m a broke student.

Any ideas would help, I’m getting quite desperate.

So, I Just had someone contact me saying that it was wildy inappropriate for me to mention in a fucking helluva boss fic of all places, the best ways to conceal a small blade on your person. This might be a generational thing, but as a member of the 00s UK LGBTQ+ community, i'd asumed every queer person at some point got given a self defence lesson from an older butch lesbian that taught you how to hide a small blade in rolled sleaves, a lapel, or the small leather patch on the back of Levis jeans, and I’m wondering now if this was a universal queer experience or if things were just fucking grim back in the day in the uk.

Did you receive a self-defence talk from an older queer, possibly a butch lesbian, about hiding a blade, at some point in your life?

Of course, an older dyke taught me how, this is a normal queer experience.
