This ultimate breakfast sandwich combines crispy bacon, perfectly cooked eggs, and melted cheddar cheese on toasted English muffins for a delicious start to your day.
Ingredients: 4 slices of bacon. 4 large eggs. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 4 English muffins, split and toasted. 2 tablespoons butter. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain excess grease. In the same skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny. Season with salt and pepper. While the eggs are cooking, place a slice of cheese on each English muffin half to melt slightly. Assemble the sandwiches by layering bacon and eggs on the cheese-covered English muffins. Top with the remaining English muffin halves and serve immediately.
