Have you read Underland: A Deep Time Journey by Robert Macfarlane (2019)?
yes
no
I've read parts of it
I've never heard of it
“Suppose we have only dreamed, or made up, all those things―trees and grass and sun and moon and stars and Aslan himself. Suppose we have. Then all I can say is that, in that case, the made-up things seem a good deal more important than the real ones. Suppose this black pit of a kingdom of yours is the only world. Well, it strikes me as a pretty poor one.” ― C.S. Lewis, The Silver Chair

Another manip that is more difficult edit
Oscar-nominee Sandra Hüller narrates this cinematic adaptation of Robert Macfarlane's bestselling book, UNDERLAND.
The documentary voyages into worlds rarely glimpsed by human eyes to explore the world beneath our feet. One not of fear and darkness, but rather of knowledge and wonder that can be found nowhere else. Beginning in the shallow soils beneath an old ash tree, we travel alongside several ‘astronauts of the underworld’ into ancient sacred caves, flooded storm drains, melting glaciers, underwater burial chambers and a deep underground laboratory built to solve the mysteries of the Universe.
UNDERLAND dives deep into the Earth to present a groundbreaking vision for rethinking our lives on this fragile surface.
A film by Robert Petit Produced by Darren Aronofsky, Ari Handel, Lauren Greenwood, Jessica Harrop Narrated by Sandra Hüller Based on the book “Underland” by Robert Macfarlane
Okay legitimately how long will the Underland/Wildland events go on
Like obviously I don’t want them to stop bc all the songs are peak (kicks that one song to a corner) no that’s not there wdym—
Anyways like I’m wondering (pun unintended) bc like there are only so many characters
So far we’ve had:
Idk if Ra*bits were the White Rabbit or March Hare
The Card Soldiers
Mad Hatter
Cheshire Cat
Blue Caterpillar
Queen of Hearts
Obviously we still need an “Alice” (I actually gave this role to one of my OC units for now. Used to be the Queen of Hearts but I had changed it even before Red Garden came out bc I listened to Noah by Phantom Siita)
Other potential charas left with possible unit matchups:
Tweedledee and Tweedledum (I will genuinely be surprised if they do this and it isn’t 2wink)
Duchess (saw somewhere this was originally fine’s offered theme but they couldn’t do it)
Jabberwocky (Crazy:B would lowkey bee fire but so would valk)
White Queen (pls it would be so cool if they did a white queen song)
King of Hearts
Knave of Hearts?
Dormouse
Flowers
Flamingos?
Ok in hindsight there are a lot more than I realized but still you get the point
Also do we know if there can be repeat characters?
round 4, poll 35
