一 the scene 一

I entered an empty town. Humans closing doors so I wouldn't enter, some running away into houses.

Nikushimi: This town is called Snowdin, because that's how the little prince named it when humans arrived in those lands. The Metro is out of order, so we'll have to take a longer way — through the Marshes. There's no one to kill there, only amalgamates you'll be forced to spare.

I proceed past the empty station and into the Marshes, where I meet several amalgamates and, rarely, a few monsters. I keep going until I reach a giant iron wall, full of closed doors — until I find a small cave.

Nikushimi: Do not enter there. I don't want to miss anything, and that place is full of fragile light that, even after all these years, still never lets me in.

I enter anyway. Two figures sit by a campfire with a tent. Books, toys, pillows, and other strange things are scattered around.

Vin: It has been a long time ago Since someone fell below. Chara, what's it like up there? Is there stars, sea, and a lot of blare?

Chara: It's been a long time ago Since someone being kind to me. Vin, I don't remember, though. I don't know if there's stars to see.

Nikushimi: Can't you see it's all your fault? Can't you understand? It's you who killed her last stand. It's you who need to be kept in a vault.

Vin: It's all my deepest, crucial fault… Why can't I understand?.. It was me who killed her last stand… Only me to blame for that!

acapella version of His Theme says what??? I’ve been working on this for a few days now, I’m not fully satisfied but satisfied enough to post it! (and yesss the picture in the “album art” is me haha)

When I woke, I was alone no one to take me home everything I’d known was gone how was I to go on? Doomed to live without a SOUL never again to be whole full of hatred and despair broken beyond repair wanted to RESET it all but then you took your fall things were always uncertain yet you stayed DETERMINED just like someone I once loved who fell down from above all at once without restraint I could feel all the pain left again without my friend I couldn’t let this end couldn’t let this end (all the pain I’ve caused; all the damage done when all that ever mattered was to matter to someone) I wanted to be strong I wanted to be true you ask me why, but can’t you see I did all this for you? So many years were lost the memories fade away I’m scared to be alone again but I know you can’t stay (SOUL was tortured, timelines altered wanted to bring them back to me) I guess this is goodbye now your story’s done so go and live your life for now make it a happy one (it’s the end now, finding somehow you made things right; into the light) and if I should cross your mind don’t worry, I’ll be fine even though this is the end thank you for being my friend. (everyone’s free don’t cry for me.)
