I’ve done it…the first few days are kinda annoying, but just drink a lot of water - it really helps. :) I still drink soda, but like 3 a month. I used to drink a ton of mountain dew, but now I’m happy to not drink so much.

I sort of chain drink soda when I'm stressed. It's like I'm a chain smoker, but instead of cigarettes it's soda. 

And I've tried to do it before and I get it down to one or two a day and then I get stressed again and it all falls apart. But I'm figuring it's probably exacerbating all the physical problems I'm having and it's all a vicious cycle because then they're stressing me out so I drink more soda and I just

I thought about that too, but there would be no use to it, the data is lost because I had to format my hard drive. It's clearly my fault because I forgot to save it and I asked them if there was any way to get it back because I still paid for it. I got the e-mail that they received my e-mail - 11 days ago and that's all I know about that.
