The only instrument I’m not 100% sure on is the “speetamor” found on pg 101 of the Visual Encyclopedia. It’s found with several of the other instruments that appear in this shot.
Hard to tell in the screenshot above, but in addition to the five Bith, the band also includes a Quarren playing the floonorp, a Nikto playing the kettlebox blower bell, a Pacithhip playing the podport bandfill, a Nikto playing the stompsqueezer, and an Ishi Tib playing a sort of keyboard.
Also, the podport bandfill's name derives from the bandfill instrument played by Nalan Cheel of the Modal Nodes in A New Hope (as well as presumably being made of Podracer parts).
Tim Veekhoven shared on Twitter, that had the Rogues Gallery feature in Star Wars Insider continued, they would have done an article on this unnamed Bith band.
Farn's Fantastic Dectet was a jatz band founded by Angor Farn, a Bith living in Mos Espa. It started out as a Bith-only group called Farn's Fantastic Quintet, which used to have a regular performance in the 7-Gee Lounge.
Around 33 BBY they were replaced by the Ortolan nalargonist Eembek, forming the Hyperspace Invasion with the Wookiee mandoviolinist Shororral. Seeking to expand the sound of the band, non-Bith members were added, with Biloxub just weeks before the Boonta Eve in 32 BBY.
Soon after, they started playing in Hutt-owned casinos and localities frequented by travelers, hoping for a career in the Core Worlds.
1. D'vvit Kol, playing the fizzz. This former novacrown champion was the public relations manager of the band.
2. Doikk Na’ts, playing the fizzz. An aspiring and talented musician, who came to Tatooine with his parents.
3. Angor Farn, playing the kloo horn. He dreamed of becoming a celebrity, since he saw the holofilm "The Jatz Brothers".
4. Loup [he still needed a surname], playing the sabriquet, wanted Tili Tili to leave the "Smashing Comets" and join the Dectet after a jam session with the Jawa.
5. Brin M'kap playing the drixfar. Lost most of her life savings betting on the Haserian podracer Toy Dampner.
6. Rotem Obolande, playing the floonorp. He hoped to relaunch his career after his one-hit wonder "Whaladon Awakening".
7. Nour'we'sha, playing the sansil. He left Adarlon after becoming annoyed with being one of the many musicians on the planet.
8. Biloxub Wekwa, playing a triplet clarifar adapted to his powerful lungs. Student of Contemporary Music at the University of Ruuria.
9. Po'me'nuk, playing the melodium. Born in Balderdash, near the Glow Dome on Ardalon. Left with his cousin Nour'we'sha.
10. Nalla Drow, playing the chordokeylo. Before she joined the band, she worked for her brother Vek at Drow's Wares.
Somehow, we also had a back-up name. Why? I don't remember. Or'rin Farn. She was the first member to join her brother's jatz band and managed the finances.
