Casual usage: sliding across floors have never been easier. You can make it so your skin has this soft texture to it, or make your blankets feel softer

Ability: The ability to change any kind of object into a specific state of matter. Changing stuff from solids then to liquids then to gasses is the most easiest

Fighting usage: you can turn your enemy’s leg into liquid (or jello) or you could turn a specific part of yourself into a liquid whenever you get punched

Casual usage: you can turn yourself into gas to fly or avoid getting hurt, if you have butter that you don’t want to heat up then you can liquify it. If you’re in a hurry then you can grab a cup full of fruits and turn all the fruits into a liquid for some impromptu smoothie

A more casual way of using this ability is to make someone feel like they have enough courage to do their job interview, or to stop panic attacks by making them feel more calmer

The ability to manipulate light waves or really, any kind of waves. The usage of this ability is actually really useful as there is certain light waves that could help speed up healing small cuts. You can also control radio waves and manipulate them to create certain sounds or send false signals to radios (send a nuclear amber alert to a city and watch the chaos unfold) or you can make a room so bright, no one can see what is happening and they fight blindly

The ability to give others simple commands and have them complete those simple commands. You can call this ability “programming”

Alternatively, you can give people commands by telling them the command, but depending on your tone of voice dictates how they complete it. (For example: if you tell person A to stop person B in an angry way, then person A might fight person B to get them to stop doing something)
