As I’ve said before, I suffer with Early-Onset Parkinson’s. I’m a fun new twist, last week I found out I’m insulin resistant, prediabetic, and have cholesterol levels in the stratosphere. I don’t know what’s coming diet-wise (I’m allergic to artificial sweeteners) but I’ve already been killing it with my workouts. I love Up To The Beat power walks on YouTube and DDP Yoga. Anyone else?
