really about to set a meal plan to eat the same thing everyday so i don’t have to decide what to eat bc i usually cant decide ever so i just end up eating a bunch of nuts and granola throughout the day and that’s not very exciting and then i come home and eat bread and more nuts and granola PLUS whatever my parents make for dinner and like . it’s a horrible system i’ve gained like three pounds just this month bc i eat so many nuts and bread and almost always pass up protein and vegetables which i would much rather eat, but then i have no motivation to cook anything so i just grab nuts bc its quick and easy but . im getting fat . so.
