vacational stability + vacationer (role)
pt/ vacational stability + vacationer (role). /end pt
vacational stability: a stability label(link) for a headmate who's only stable long enough or during the time it takes to give another/the others a break. this headmate may be a soother, a task handler, a temporary host or cohost, or fill in any other role. they become unstable when they don't have a role to fill in. alternatively, this headmate may literally only be stable during a bodily vacation or break.
vacationer: a role for a headmate who intentionally and consensually gives others breaks. this role is very similar to and can be considered an alternative to a substitute or chameleon role, but is intended as a more consensual, positive, and intentional stand-in. headmates may be described as very easy-going, relaxed, fun-loving, and chill (but of course don't have to be). they may also be considered as soothers, task handlers, temporary hosts or cohosts, or any other technical role (either long-term or only when filling in roles). this headmate may also, in addition to or instead of this description, take it on themselves to front primarily during bodily vacations or breaks - often to ensure it is enjoyable and fulfilling.
these are intended as plural terms; any system (of any origin, etc.) can use them.

+ obligatory note that this is not a recoin of any term, and if there is a term similar/exact to this, consider this an alternative. the only inspiration for the flag's appearance is linked (n/a for these flags); any others are merely coincidence. uploads to other sites okay with credit + please tell us (just send an ask or something!)
