Vacation Fitness Chronicles: I swam, ran, hit the weight machines, did cardio with the @niketraining and hiked up mountains. Total stats = 48.6 miles covered, 25,357 calories burned and 131,775 steps taken over ten days. I didn't gain any weight or inches while on vacation OR while recuperating from my chest cold that I caught the last couple of days of vacation. This is amazing since I haven't worked out or barely moved in six days. Muscles are all fully recovered... but my cold isn't completely gone. Still, today I hit the gym. It's a cardio and weight day.
