Drawing inspired by @wimsiecal ‘s spectacular werewolf/vampire au! I fell in love with the idea last year, and now since I have the artistic ability, I wanted to draw them soooo bad!

Vampire!Brain stayed up too late (well into the morning) and passed out as soon as were!pinky picked him up.

Vampire!Brain HCs for @wimsiecal

The sweet: Prides himself on the extravagance of his castle, but got rid of any silver so Pinky wouldn't be harmed by it.

Also Pinky's blood has a sweet flavor.

The cool: Invented a pair of hands so he can play a giant organ. Is a very good player and knows Night on Bald Mountain and Fugue in D Minor by heart.

The sad: Having a giant Gothic castle to yourself can be rather lonely though he's reluctant to admit it.

The angst: Vampire bites itch like mosquito bites, but actually transforming someone into a vampire requires an arcane, complex, dangerous ritual.

And Brain, alongside Snowball, were transformed into vampires as children by an alchemist seeking immortality. Brain still has vivid nightmares about it, for he remembers having his heartbeat slow to a crawl, then stop altogether. And though he remained alive, he felt a constant gnaw at his chest, like something should be there but it's not.

Though he's since learned to control his hunger pangs, they'll creep up on him at the new moon and when he's feeling particularly lonely. He always chalks it up to needing more blood though.

But upon learning that Brain doesn't have a heartbeat, and that he has nightmares about that ritual, Pinky pulls him against his chest and lets Brain listen to his heart, saying that he doesn't mind sharing his.

Brain stays there, curled into soft fur for a long time.
