OK so imagine this reader who was neglected in her first life and ended up dead at 24 which is alot considering the— Wait that's spoilers, let's start at the beginning shall we? Reader in her first life was 4 when her mother died, after a mugging gone wrong, so when the police found reader she was put in the foster system pretty quickly, after about a month there and kids had to do annual health check ups for their shots and stuff readers dna matches with someone in their database and look here he's alive and well and even lives in Gotham great right? Wrong cause it's none other than Bruce Wayne and oh boy shit starts from here. Let me paint a picture, first it's Alfred that pics her up, second high society have fun humiliating a 5 year old girl, third dick is a dick, 4th even after dick leaves at 15 there's Jason who while he's a sweetheart we love him, he's too busy as robin and then dick comes back and Jason gets along with him eventually which makes readers already thin relationship with him to be even more awkward, all because because of precious dick who's oh so awesome and cool, then Jason dies and dick isn't even here he didn't even have the decency to show up to his funeral she hates him (Listen in this story reader hates dick so naturally she will be biased and will only see the bad in him not the good), reader hates dick she really hates him, she hates him.
After Tim joined the family reader was already really withdrawn and lonely so even less likely to actively converse with Tim and he well his priority was Batman and his grief so there you go. By the time Damian first came which he was 10 she was too far gone no one liked her no one payed attention to her plus she was always outside the manor so barely spent time with him and then Jason came back and he was evasive which made all her bottled up emotions erupt so it got worse, hell she even smuggled fire arms and drugs her only saving grace is she stayed away from kids cause even she had morals no kids so redhood never targeted her gang they were too small time to pay attention to which was also one of readers saving grace because when the vampires started descending she was an adult and already moved out years ago plus there was high demand for weapons which she became very well acquainted with machinery and weapons so when dick became vampire king and killed or turned the family she was left out cause they cut contact as soon as she moved out so he simply forget of her same with everyone else until they hear of the others turning or death they remember where is reader? They haven't heard from her since the beginning of this hell, she was assumed dead just one of the countless dead bodies of civilians not realizing she's alive and well. Reader helped the resistance as a shadow patron, what's that you say? Basically a patron that doesn't want to be known or seen. She went by S for Scarlett she was paying homage to her late mothers name, Scarlett Williams. Reader made it to 24 that's how long it took for her to finally see dick again; now to explain something reader hates dick, he took everything from her, her father's love and attention, her brothers, sisters, everyone loves dick don't they? What makes him so deserving, he's conciete, he betrayed them, she hates him, she hates him, she hated him, she wants to hate him GOD WHY CAN'T SHE HATE HIM?! She, she, she....
