Alright y'all wanna hear an idea

So, for the past couple of weeks I've been kicking around the idea of a vampire dating sim. "Yawn," I hear, as one look through the otome search results in google play will show you theyve been done to death. But! Hear me out.
The concept is you're a vampire hunter, and you're assigned to kill the vampires you end up dating
"Yawwwwn" I hear again, as I too have played that otome game and wasnt impressed.
What if I told you, though, that you don't have to fall in love with the vampire?
What if I told you that at the end of the route you are given the option to kill or spare that vampire??
What if I told you it was necessary to kill the vampire you've been on the route of to get to the next possible vampire??
And what if I told you that if you don't do well enough on your dates? The vampire might just kill you too.
Introducing "in a bed of leeches," a roguelite visual novel about keeping your enemies close. You, the hunter, would have to seduce the vampires on your contract in order to gain the necessary information about them to kill them. The vampires, of course, know you're a hunter and are doing the same thing to you. The ultimate game of chess with life on the line-- can you seduce them into submission, or will they charm you to the point where you can't raise your stake against them? I currently have 6 romancable vampires (with one tutorial vampire to introduce you to the combat), each with a possibility of five endings-- you kill the vampire after a fight, the vampire kills you after a fight, you seduce the vampire into submission, the vampire takes your confession as an opportunity to pounce, or you both live happily ever after. That's 30 different endings, only one of which will progress you to the next contract.
I'm very excited about the many ways this could go and keep playing around with the idea. So far I have a little bit of concept art demoing the style I'm trying to use as well as character designs, each one I'm trying to make unique from the others. If you guys are interested let me know and I'll try to keep you updated, if theres a lot I'll make a separate blog for its development. Anyway, had to get that off my chest, enjoy some vampires.
