After 2 years of training, I finally broke the 170 lb. realm. I’ve always struggled with weight gain (I know most of you don’t want to hear it, but this is a big deal for me). My metabolism has always been super-high my entire life (my doctor used to force-feed me malteds as a child). I was the one that would blow away on a windy day and nothing I wore ever fit right (I was a skeleton child with a gigantic Charlie Brown head). Now I'm eating like a footballer (a pescatarian one at least) and between attempting to eat more than three meals a day (I’m up to four with snacks when I can), changing to a high-carb/high protein diet and adding some important supplements (CLA, Creatine and stronger Protein powders), I FINALLY gained 20 lbs. since I began this journey.
