Don’t set goals so low that you cheat yourself out of success. . I understand the feeling of want. I want to be able to master my body weight and movement. I want to have the willpower to eat right every day and availability to eat all organic foods. However, somethings are not always feasible or instant. . This does not stop me from setting high but achievable goals. I put in the time and effort and eat the best I can when I can. It’s those pre flight checks that make all the difference!! . This is one movement that I’ve been working on with two goals in mind.
