A little bit #personal today: This day caught me like a deer in headlights. There've been things happening in my life lately that have caused me so much anxiety that I am physically and mentally exhausted. I knew this week in particular would be more chaotic than usual, and I just want to curl up in a ball and cry. I have so many things to be happy and excited about, but this one huge thing is looming over everything else and has brought my spirits down so hard, I feel like I won't get back up. I know I can, and I will. I just want this part to be over. 😢 . .
