Ingredients: 1 cup coconut butter. 1/2 cup coconut oil. 1/4 cup almond butter. 1/4 cup erythritol or preferred keto-friendly sweetener. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of sea salt.
Instructions: Mix almond butter, coconut oil, and coconut butter in a bowl that is safe to use in the microwave. Melt in the microwave in 30-second bursts. Add vanilla extract, erythritol, and a small pinch of sea salt, and stir until thoroughly mixed. Transfer the blend into ice cube trays or silicone molds. Freeze until solid, about 1 hour.
