Even rain shouldn’t be an excuse! It was extra slippy yesterday but we were playing around with different grips and straps to challenge us and ground each exercise. Concentrating on pulling back movements here, we did bar bodyweight back rows, plate row variations and resistance band pulls. Keep your core tight and grip strong! Minimum equipment on a bridge just outside our van in Germany. Copious amounts of rain = another van workout. We've secured our TRX suspension straps and resistance bands to our door instead of having them on the toe bar and anchor at the rear of the van like usual. We can do all the same movements and exercises minus plyometric jumps. Giant sets of 4 exercises with 40 seconds on each is on the cards today! Round 1 is compound movements, squat clean and presses, chest press, lunges and TRX squats thrusts. With the next rounds focusing on chest, core and triceps! We've been emersed in snow from Luxembourg through to Belgium and it has been beautiful. An indoor workout was on the cards today though, so we used our furniture sliders and our new favourite sliding board! Sometimes our camping spots are near benches, parks and ropes which we like to use in our workouts. Finding functional ways to push, pull and challenge ourselves. Other days it’s bodyweight, plate or TRX exercises. Here I used our half frozen 25l jerry cans for my movements.
