i haven’t really tried to draw anything decent in ages but i’m feeling it today, i’m tryna improve

Sometimes Varric forgets.

He is way braver than any other companions in Inquisition and always, because he forgets that there is no one to heal him during and after the battle and heath potions can only do so much.

When they encounter hostile mages, Varric reacts to blood magic to slowly.

Seeing two daggers flash on the battlefield, he expects gold to flicker too.

He aims too close to Iron bull, not accounting for bigger body wielding the great sword.

He seeks for red hair when trying to find a good point to shoot.

And sometimes he terribly misses a mabari by his side.
