Sorry I haven’t posted a ton lately, I have been stressed with school :p

Anyway down a pound from my last post (yay!) but i’ve been eating a lot of vegan snacks while studying 😂 

Today for breakfast (while I was at work) I had a peanut butter Complete vegan cookie

For lunch I made some delicious nachos with vegan cheese, refried beans, green pepper, onion, corn, tomato, and avocado salsa! (Photo below!) 

So far I’ve eaten 842 calories and I still have around 700 left I can eat today! also already at 13,600 steps today due to work!
