Anyone else find it hard just trusting the process and hoping it works? It’s hard not seeing much of a change yet but I keep telling myself to trust the process and stick with it. 😅

A little worried for weigh in sunday tomorrow since I was off track about half the week 😅
I’ve been MIA for a couple days! It was mine and my fiancé’s 4 year anniversary so I got off track a bit! February is hard for me because it’s our anniversary, Valentine’s, and my birthday all in a couple weeks! It may put a road bump but hasn’t detoured my want for progress. This year on top of all of this we are about to move states for a job opportunity for my fiancé. It has caused a bit of stress eating 🤣. BUUUUT. Weight loss journeys have ups and downs and it’s all going to be okay! You only fail when you give up!
My blood sugar the past 24 hours has been fire! Does anyone else use the freestyle libre glucose monitor? I’m new to it 😅. Is there anyway to see overall a1c instead of just a1c in the past 24 hours?
