Milkshakes! One of my favorite things ever, to make and consume🤤 In this case-A CANNOLI milkshake, all vegan! I often choose a concept, then make my own vegan frozen custard or soft serve as a base, possibly my own nut mylk, get the best ingredients I can and go from there. Here, I made a cultured cannoli filling with raw cashews, hazelnuts and coconut cream, added soy yogurt, maple syrup, powdered sugar, lemon and spices. After culturing for a few days, I made a burnt coconut caramel, cannoli shell cookie crisps, and after blending up the shake, topped it with roasted pistachios, cookie crumbles and chocolate chips! One of my favorite shakes!
