🌟 SERIOUSLY DELICIOUS VEGAN SAUSAGE ROLLS 🌟
This was my first attempt at making vegan sausage rolls myself, but they turned out so incredible! Even my non-vegan parents loved them. You can make the pastry yourself, but I just bought some puff pastry from my grocery store!
pinch dried or fresh parsley
1 flaxseed egg (mix 2 tbs ground flaxseed with 5 tbs water until its gooey)
Blend together all ingredients aside from the milk, sesame seeds and puff pastry. Fill a sheet of puff pastry with the filling and roll up, then brush with the plant milk and sprinkle on sesame seeds. Bake at 180 degrees celsius for around 25 minutes or until golden brown. Makes around 25 little rolls! With the extras, leave them raw and freeze them to cook up later.
