MULTI VEGETABLE CREAM:
Ingredients:
2 squash
4 carrots
1 small broccoli
2 leaks
2 potatoes
1/2 pumpkin
1 Bouillon cube
4 Babybel cheese
olive oil
water
salt
Recipe:
We start preparing all the vegetables - cleaning the squashes and cutting them in little pieces. We do the same with the carrots, the broccoli, the leaks, potatoes, and the pumpkin. Once all the vegetables are ready to boil, we put a spoon of olive oil in a deep pan. First we put the leaks into the pan, until they get smooth. We add the rest of vegetables and move them to with a wood spoon. Just after this, we add water until we see that all the vegetables are completely covered. As soon as the water boils, we can add a little bit of salt, a bouillon cube, and a dash og white wine (this will add the KEY magic flavor!). Once we add the key ingredients, we low the fire to medium/low level, and we can add the babybel cheeses. Once we get the texture that we like, we mix everything together with the blender!
