This was my lunch today 💪 “Quesadilla” with vegan “cheese” + mashed lentils inside Rice with smoked tofu, sundried tomatoes, corn, peas Salad with aceto balsamico cream on top
🍔 veggie burgers and mushrooms today for lunch 🍄
