(The three are chars of mine, Sodium being the main, Mezahua being the Only-Multiplayer, and Veggie being the Starbound: Unstable one)

So a few days ago I was playing with a buddy in multiplayer with Mezahua (that’s when I created the birb) and i found a sax and i was like “holy SHIT THERE ARE INSTRUMENTS ON STARBOUND AND YOU CAN PLAY THE ENTERTAINER”

So i obviously went and played until i got an instrument with Sodium bc duh i needed to have one with them too, and found a accordion and later on an oboe and obviously one of my main personal missions is to travel through the universe until i find every type of instrument bc fuck yeah

And with this came a headcanon that the chars are the best playing wharever they find first and like, are average-bad on the rest or something bc they kind of get attached to the first music maker they find y'know and then you have Mezahua playing careless whisper or Sodium playing some tango and I haven’t played much yet w/ Veggie but i bet it would be percussion bc Florans
