chow mein recipe in hindi | चाऊमीन बनाने की विधि
चाऊमीन बनाने की सामग्री
तेल/रिफ़ाइन्ड – 4 बड़े चम्मच
नमक – स्वाद अनुसार
हरी मिर्च – 3 बारीक कटी हुई
लहसुन – 4-5 कलि बारीक़ कटी हुई
सोया सॉस – 3 बड़े चम्मच
विनेगर – 3 बड़े चम्मच
प्याज – 1 बारीक लम्बा कटा हुआ
शिम्लामिर्च – ½ बारीक लम्बी कटा हुआ
पातगोभी – ¼ बारीक लम्बी कटा हुआ
गाजर – ½ बारीक लम्बा कटा हुआ
नूडल्स – 200 ग्राम
चाऊमीन बनाने की विधि (स्टेप बय स्टेप)
उबलते हुए पानी मे दो चम्मच रिफ़ाइन्ड डाले |
उसके बाद नूडल्स डाले अब इस नूडल्स को 5 मिनट तक उबाले |
नूडल्स को उबालने के बाद इसका पानी छान ले |
अब नूडल्स को किसी खुले बर्तन मे डाल दे फिर दो चम्मच रिफ़ाइन्ड डाल कर इसको 15 मिनट तक एक तरफ छोड़ दे |
एक बड़ी कढ़ाई में रिफ़ाइन्ड डाल कर उपर से लहसुन और हरी मिर्च डाले |
उसके बाद शिम्लामिर्च, गाजर, पातगोभी और प्याज डाल कर 2 मिनट तक अच्छे से घुमाये |
इसके बाद नूडल्स डाले |
फिर उपर से सोया सॉस और विनेगर के 3 बड़े चम्मच और स्वाद अनुसार नमक डाले |
