Utilizing Percentages to maximize your efficiency to quantify RPE autoregulation. We see it time and time again video post on someone grinding out a rep and then turning around and calling it an RPE 7 when it looks like they had no more RIR. It happens and to the degree to where it's makes it very difficult to identify what's truly your RPE for that set.
