aksjhksdhgalkdgjdgs sometimes I forget that people don’t follow the vast number of writeblrs I do and their dashes are probably clogged with all the stuff I reblog ahhhh. XD Sorry about that.

I do find I interact with @mvcreates a lot, but I mean!! She’s such an amazingly awesome writeblr, and her work is just? Such high quality? Her art and graphics are incredible and her writing. Her writing is. Just. I dunno mate, it’s actually some of the best stuff I’ve ever read? Soooo much symbolism is involved, I absolutely love picking up on symbolism, but her writing style is so graceful and flows so smoothly, it’s a dream to read. And I’ve been interacting with her basically since I started out on writeblr!

@dove-actually is such a lovely person! She interacts with my works so much and I just---I get such a warm fuzzy feeling whenever I see her reblogs, she leaves some of the nicest comments ahhhh. I haven’t much had the chance to interact with her own works yet, but I am planning on changing that!

I think I used to interact a lot more with @aslanwrites than I do now, huh. But again, another absolute icon of the writeblr community! A wonderfully important part when it comes to events and such, but they’re also a marvelous writer!! I love their description and the amount of character in their writing, and I really should start interacting more again~

so obviously they’re in somewhere hot (idk why but my first thought was the desert?) and maybe they’re like forbidden lovers or something like that, from opposing families or war-torn lovers and he betrayed his family / someone and he feels mega guilty about it. also he probably has to meet aforementioned family/someone soon and yknow he can’t meet them looking sweaty and sinful.im really intrigued to know what happens next because wow

Thank you! It’s really important to me to have incidental representation, wherein the representation is only part of who the character/world is rather than the whole focus of the story. For my personal experience that’s why Elva’s autism is such a big thing for me, but also why is fantasy so white? Stop that.

I don’t even know how to describe him? He’s extroverted and funny, makes friends easily and everyone likes him. He’s also sweat and caring, wants to see the best in people and being a positive influence comes naturally to him, even when he’s not feeling it himself. My boyfriend of six years and best friend from a while before that.

hydrangea - proudest moment?

Trying to answer this while at such a weird and low point in my life is hard. But I’ll go with my default answer.

I’m proud that I managed to finish my Master’s Degree, even though I was extremely unmotivated to do so. It barely taught me anything and finishing it felt like a chore I had to endure so all that time and money invested wouldn’t go to waste. I guess I’m proud I didn’t give up. Even though I feel it was a meaningless accomplishment for both my personal and professional life.

tulip - lucky number?

I’m not sure I have one? Maybe numbers like 7, 19, 48 and 49. I’m not sure I would say they are lucky, but at least close to that.

for the wip description ask game: 100 days in the backwoods

This is a mix of fantasy and horror, I think.

There’s someone who is lost, and they’re trying to find their way home but it’s taken them longer than they expected. And they didn’t intend to get lost, but something (or someone) caught their attention and they had to follow, forgetting that they were warned to never follow anything they looks off because it’ll take them to Not Their World.

And as they work on getting their way home, they meet different woodland creatures, some good, some bad, some wise, some not.

🐰 - do you believe in soulmates? 

no, not really! oof i’m not sure how to explain my thoughts on this in one go... i remember having a conversation with someone (who believed) about this, but i can’t remember what i said. i don’t really understand what soulmates are, i think, so that’s the biggest reason. google says “a person ideally suited to another as a close friend or romantic partner” which i don’t... really get? i mean, yeah, you could have someone who you really click with + loves you + supports you (and you vice-versa), but is that not just a close friend/partner? the word ‘soulmate’ sounds like it’s someone who is fated to be your ‘best bet’, like you ‘belong with them’ in a sense, which, to me, seems impractical. and i think it’s the ‘ideally’ that’s throwing me off--i don’t think it’s something you can just. find, yknow? i think it’s something you gotta build. plus my interpretation contains ‘fated’, and my issue with the idea of ‘fate’ is another whole can of worms. which, of course, you are free to ask about, but. it’s not relevant to the ask ;)

💌 - diary or journal? 

...are they not the same thing? i mean, diary sounds more personal, i guess. i remember keeping a diary when i was, what, 9? 10? who knows. it was very embarrassing, so on that premise alone, i guess i’ll say journal. 

💋 - kissing in the dark or in the rain? 

not gonna lie, both sound pretty uncomfortable. i’d have to say kissing in the dark sounds better bc a) being wet from the rain in general is pretty unpleasant and b) that level of intimacy/vulnerability from being in the dark with someone and then kissing them has gotta be something, right?

15: Your OC is given the chance to go back in time. Where do they go and what do they do?

Little Bird would go back in time to kill her father. She’d probably end up raising herself, in turn, but she’s alright with that. Then her strength can come from a place of love, rather than trauma, she figures.

16: If your OC could have any superpower, which would it be and why?

Dandy would want to be invulnerable, so nothing could stop her from dancing. So she could handle unimaginable tempos.
