5 Nov 2025—Ibtisam and her family were forced out of north Gaza under bomb and tank fire. The journey south was extremely hazardous, especially for Mohammed (18) with his injured leg and Nour (15) with her heart condition. They are utterly exhausted and deflated, and have absolutely no shelter. Funds raised will now go toward securing shelter, medical care for Ibtisam’s disabled teenagers, and food for the whole family.

I’m writing as a brother watching Samer struggle for survival. His health has deteriorated to the point of falling into a coma, and we are unable to provide him with the necessary treatment. 💔
Samer suffers from bipolar disorder, and his stability relied on daily medications including LeponeX (Clozapine), Depalept Chrono (Sodium Valproate), and Lithium CO3 (Lithium Carbonate). These medications helped stabilize him, but without them, his health has worsened significantly. Every moment is crucial, and the pain and worry are relentless. 😞
There is no place for my brother in the hospital, and we cannot secure the treatment he needs. Imagine being unable to help your own brother as he struggles, without a way to provide the medicine he needs to recover.

What is my sister’s fault? Why must this be her life? She doesn’t remember our house. She doesn’t remember her cat who was killed by the bombs. She doesn’t remember feeling warm during the winter. All the good things in her life came and went before her brain could form memories. From her point of view, life has always been this genocide. Gaza has always been destroyed. Home has always been one room with no windows and infested by rodents.
Please help me provide for her. She’s had a high fever for the past few days and the blockade is back. The bombs are starting to drop again. This is going to be so hard and I can’t do this alone.

Help a man from Gaza get medical treatment for his father?
Ahmed Mazen Hammad ( @mazen-fmaily ) is from Gaza, and needs our urgent support. Donations are slow, and need to pick up momentum.
As stated in this post (by @ana-bananya), Ahmed's father has multiple illnesses, like hepatitis, heart and kidney disease.
He needs daily medice and life support - daily dialysis treatments and oxygen to keep him alive and as healthy as possible. This is difficult in Gaza, as hospitals are desperately low on supplies, and are crowded and repeatedly targeted.
Now, $400+ is needed for and urgent liver resection. Ahmed dosen't want to lose his father, and if we reach this goal, it can litterally save his life.
They also need food in water, but due to the Israeli occupation being cruel and inflicting genocide and humiliating conditions, that is a heavy task.
While going to one of the "aid" centres, where soldiers have confessed to firing at civillians, Ahmed's foot was severely injured, and he needs surgery to reconnect the tendons in his leg. His leg risks amputation.
Imagine being the sole one responsible for your father, relying on a slow fundraiser to pay for your father's much needed treatment, and becoming disabled because you tried to look for desperately needed food. All of this on top of the terrible conditions on Gaza and threat of airstrikes. We cannot even fathom these experiences.

Her latest results showed a mixed response to chemotherapy in Gaza, and she urgently needs treatment abroad, including immunotherapy and surgery. But now the Rafah crossing is closed again, her condition is currently critical, and Abdul Rahman is devastated. 💔
That's why I am not only asking you to share this, but to WRITE to the world leaders and responsible institutions [like the UN] and demand from them to open the Rafah crossing, stop killing and starving our friends in Gaza, and enable medical evacuations ASAP! That is a form of protest that creates political pressure.
