The official Twitter posted two "Beauty Thief Contest" videos today to celebrate Version 2.6 (this does not appear to be a real-life contest, just a silly promo thing)! Here's the second one.

As expected, 2.4 will be the Pyramid Chapter of the P5 Collab, adding both Oracle as a playable character, as well as her maid costume in the shop. Oracle's buffs:
Some kind of event in the official Discord server where the winners get XP and Platinum Tickets, tied into the boss of the Pyramid Chapter
There will be a rerun of Fox and Queen's banners on November 13th
Masaki Ashiya's Synergy ranks 1-15 added (but not Tycoon until next update)
New Phantom Pass with "Spray on Dye" for the outfit (lets you change its color)
Upcoming roadmap:
Based on this, Version 2.5 should add Cherish and the rest of Masaki's Synergy, while Version 2.6 should be Noir and the Spaceship Chapter of the Collab

In Version 2.6: - Noir (with buffs) and the next chapter of the P5 Collab - A maid skin for Noir, which the other regions do not have yet - Metro of Desire update
Version 2.7: - They refer to this as a "major update", so given the original order of updates, this will likely be the equivalent of mainland China's Version 3.0.1, and update the main story - The "Prayer" system is coming in this update, where you can gain a new item called a Kagura Bell that is used to win random rewards from Marthym
