I am assuming you mean Giorno and Bruno?
Of course, their meeting was a pivotal moment in both their lives, possibly fated to happen, so beyond any sort of romance, the plot of GW would just not exist, and their future would be like… completely different. So this is a pretty loaded question! (Spoilers, Bruno is fucking dead regardless… literally what it says in the manga.)
Before considering their romantic lives, this is what I think would happen in their future:
Bruno~
Ok so Bruno is dead. He is fated to die. That would put a damper on any romantic potential Bruno may have…
Let's recap:
Luca, whose territory is the airport, is found dead.
Ugguhguh miserable Bruno is so hot I want him to beat me up.
Fugo Tells him "You're about to be a capo, you're too good for that." But Bruno is like "Nah it's fine."
Mista is tasked with roughing up Mr. Rolling Stones (Scolippi).
When Mista starts crashing out in the car (typical MISTA), Bruno decides he needs to keep an eye on him, and the plan is for Fugo to interrogate Giorno.
So here it is, pretty straight-up. Bruno's fate if he doesn't meet Giorno.
But Mista destroys that stone, and his crash out actually results in Bruno saying “You know what, I don’t want to hear this. I’ll go beat up the teenage civilian.”
On further thought, the fact Bruno is bleeding from a hole in his chest, the same way he dies to King Crimsion. Maybe Bruno is fated to join Giorno and die in every scenario? In the instance Fugo confronts Giorno, Bruno joins him alone, and Narancia/Abbacchio live? Or would Bruno defect on his own, confronting Diavolo? (I find this hard to believe, especially with it happening in the “near future,” days or months. Giorno is the reason he even got close to Diavolo, having killed Polpo and making Bruno Capo, being assigned Trish, and her attempted murder via Diavolo being the reason he ultimately betrays him on his own.) I don’t think Bruno would rebel without Giorno’s influence, only acting independently due to Trish. Polpo was tasked to handle her initially, and he would have EASILY let her die. Much to consider…
So yes, Bruno is dead in every universe. It is fate (which is real within Joe).
For the sake of the ask, let’s pretend his fate is different, Bruno lives. It is stated he is likely to become a capo soon, or at least at some point. He would stay miserable, pretty much living his life as usual. His soul would continue to die, and he would perform acts for the organization that goes against his morals. He doesn’t really seem keen to upset the status quo without outside influence. How he lives now is how he’s lived since 13, all he knows, which is relatively stable.
I assume he would just live out the rest of his life within Passione until he faces a natural or unnatural end. (Perhaps similarly to Pericolo. He is a nice man, team Bucciarati, and Bruno himself, seem to like him. But he ultimately says “I’ve served Passione all my life and they treated me well. So I will kill myself cause they told me to.” That’s probably what awaits Bucciarati one day.)

Giorno~
More simple. He was locked in before and after meeting Bruno. He wants to be a gang-star and is pretty equipped and driven to achieve it. It may not happen in a week, but especially with GE, having more time to get used to using and understanding his ability, he would be pretty damn formidable.
As we meet him, Giorno is living life quite happily, stealing from idiots (Koichi), buying gelato for children, killing a guy indirectly for hurting a frog. Ultimately, something similar may go down if he keeps killing guys, and he’ll find his way into some gang. Clearly in GW he pretty much drove a lot of the action, so he would do just fine rising in the ranks and becoming a gang-star.

Onto possible romantic relationships, the original question.

Okay… under the assumption bruno doesn’t fucking DIE!
As I’ve said, I hc Bruno has casual sex to blow off steam. He isn’t rude about it, but he isn’t emotionally vulnerable either. Maybe he will accidentally get someone pregnant and marry her because he is a catholic. Or maybe he would have a strategic mafia marriage. Or he would be DEAD!!! DEADDD!!! (even if he isn’t fated to die, it’s not like dying is unlikely in Passione. Could happen anytime.)
I don’t hate any Bruno x teammate ships except for one of them, but in my interpretation… I just don’t think Bruno sees them that way. The dynamic alone would make it unlikely, he'd feel weird pursuing them romantically, much less sexually. He cares very much about them, and wants to protect them, but he's known them as subordinates for years. (Even without my preferred ship, I’m not a huge romantic shipper in general, so I don’t tend to see romance unless it’s very apparent).
Giorno does fit into this role in my opinion. He’s only been there a few days, and even so, he is not properly Bruno’s subordinate? He did not join Passione to work under Bruno, he works under Bruno to join Passione. They entered a secret partnership, Bruno joined Giorno as his ally in order to take down Passione’s leadership. Bruno only had the power to recruit Giorno as a member of his team, which had to be approved by his capo. Why do some people not get this? They are not boss/employee!

Following my interpretation here, Giorno at the beginning of the series is a very confident, self assured young man, who happens to keep others at arm’s length. He has tunnel vision for his gangstar dream. (Of course he is a goodguy who wants to protect civilians and improve the city).
Anything that distracts from his dream is unnecessary. He would rise to power one way or another, and be a solitary and powerful person. After all, who can he trust more than himself? His will is the only thing that is important, the most righteous one. He has the risk of megalomanic/controlling/brutal tendencies, inherited from his father. At least we see prior that the mystery man and Joe DNA prevents him from being evil with it. Yet the ends would justify the means, and nobody would reign him in. I don’t think he would have any interest in even understanding romance, subconsciously seeing others as flawed, never trusting too deeply.
By meeting Bruno, he had found a partner and equal, realizing there is something better than being solitary. Bruno believed in him when he was nothing, I think otherwise, Giorno would rise to power very quickly, before having this dynamic. He would assume people getting close to him have ulterior motives, or are sucking up. Even after losing Bruno, the memory might ground him, help maintain his humanity.
I think a Giorno who never met Bruno would be different from Giorno having lost Bruno. He has loved and lost, and knows how it feels. It is unlikely, but maybe under the right circumstances with enough attachment/trust, he could consider someone romantically. But like most widowers, Bruno’s presence would loom over the relationship in an intense way. I don’t see it being entirely healthy.
Though platonically, being a part of Bruno’s team did help him make genuine friendships. I think post-canon widower Gio would be very attached to Mista, the one he was closest to in the team, and his last surviving friend. Giorno can trust him very deeply, and Mista’s simplicity might lighten his grief. Maybe not a touchy feely relationship, but his company and presence would be special to Gio nonetheless.

„my colleague could sadly not attend tonight’s meeting since the… wedding anniversary with her wife happened to fall right onto this very day… oh- may i?“, he casually bend over to take the wine glass that was resting before you into his hand, bringing it his nose and swirling the liquid around before having a sip of his own.
